1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Lyrns (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Lyrns provides a platform that helps students find and book lessons with driving instructors. Instructors can manage availability, bookings, payments, and related business settings.

Instructors are independent service providers. Lyrns is not a driving school and does not provide driving lessons.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Do not share credentials; notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Bookings, Cancellations, and Payments

Booking terms (availability, cancellation windows, pricing, and lesson details) may vary by instructor. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Lyrns may display receipts and payment status and facilitate refunds/credits as supported by the platform and the instructor’s policies.

5. Calendar Sync

If you connect Google or Microsoft calendar syncing, you authorize Lyrns to access your calendar data to (a) create/update/delete events representing Lyrns bookings, and (b) read event timing details to block availability and detect changes that may reschedule/cancel matching bookings.

You can disable syncing or disconnect your calendar at any time in your account settings. You may also revoke access at the calendar provider.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Services, interfere with operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not scrape or harvest data except as permitted by law and our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Lyrns or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Instructors and students are responsible for confirming lesson details and complying with applicable laws and safety requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyrns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice when changes are material. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
